Drop Off and Dismissal


The school day begins promptly at 8:15 a.m. All students will proceed to their assigned class line up location.

Dismissal / Pick Up

The school day ends at 2:35 PM. All students will be dismissed in their assigned class location.

The blue emergency card is sent home every year and must be filled out with all the required information. Any change of information must be reported to the Main Office.

Only adults listed on the blue card are authorized to pick up a child from school. Call the Main Office (212-267-4133) to notify the school if an adult not listed on the blue card is being given authorization to pick up a student. The adult picking up the child must know the child’s English name and class. The adult must also be able to show proof of identification.

Arrangements must be made for timely pickup of all students. For their safety, students not picked up within a reasonable time will be brought to our local police station, 5th Precinct.
